Be Smart Stay Safe
4th-6th grades

Description: A program designed to teach personal child safety and to empower children to practice safer behaviors addressing school bus safety, stranger danger, home alone rules, calling 911 and fire safety rules.
Objectives:

• To identify the various safety risks
• To learn about self-protection strategies
• To know how to get help in an emergency
• To understand what makes someone a trusted adult
